  Terrible terrible terrible customer service..<br>I brought a brand new shirt out of the packaging to them to get cleaned and pressed, and it came back with a bleach stain on it. When I called, I explained to them that I have been a customer of theirs for an extremely long time and I was hoping that as a returning customer as well as a avid referral customer for them, they would do something to make it right given I understand mistakes happen. Instead, the owner gets on the phone and tells me that the stain was there and that it was not his fault. This is simply not true because the shirt was brand new when I brought it to them and I tried it on prior to bringing it to them and I know for a fact there was no stain. When I asked him if this is how he handles customer service, his response was "I don't care."<br>Wouldn't go here ever again and would never refer anyone to them. AVOID at all costs

I was unfortunately responding to you with underlying stress and tiredness from long hours of work and I look to apologize for my reaction where I want to speak to you about the mark on your shirt.<br><br>I want to clarify what the orange mark was. I believe the stain was originally there and that bleach doesn't create marks like the one on the shir
