  I used Built Tough for a complete gut and reno project that included a dental office and a 3 bed/2 bath apartment in a house that was abandoned for over 10 years. I've never before experienced the level of care, attention, and craftsmanship that Bill and his entire team at Built Tough bring to a project. Their communication, professionalism, and pride in their work set them apart in every way. I'm incredibly grateful for their dedication and the way they treated this project as if it were their own.   Our porch was in dire need of repair, and after my very first conversation with Built Tough, I knew I had found the right contractor. They truly listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and were never hesitant to answer any of my questions. The entire project went smoothly and exceeded all of my expectations.<br><br>Midway through the project, we decided to widen the steps to better match the aesthetics of the rest of the porch. Built Tough was able to accommodate the change without any issues and clearly explained what was needed to make it happen.<br><br>Communication throughout the project was excellent. Before moving forward at each stage, I was messaged and given a clear timeline of what to expect. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly--and how cleanly--the team completed the work.<br><br>We're extremely happy with the results and are already looking forward to working with them again on our next project.   My husband and I just remodeled our kitchen with Built Tough and we are ecstatic with the results! It was not just a simple remodel. We have an older home with a load bearing wall and were able to take down that wall, open the kitchen to the dining room, add a half bath and a door to the backyard. I would say the best part about working with them is that nothing is ever a "problem". They have the knowledge and expertise where if any issue arises they have a solution before you can even worry about it. If we had any questions they got back to us immediately and were always a step ahead. They were meticulous in their work and made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. Always responsive to our questions and steering us in the right direction when decisions had to be made. We would recommend them without reservation! Everyone was fantastic.   Such a great experience working with Bill and Brandon of Built Tough and their team of professionals- electrician, plumber, painter etc. They steered us in the right direction to choose appliances, countertops, cabinets and floors. They were onsite daily and responded immediately to answer any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
