  I would love to start off with this place is amazing. I tried at least 25 different places in different states to find a simple thing like extending my seat on a G wagon for it to go back at least 3 inches more. The owner of this establishment is very professional very nice guy very reasonable. The work is incredible quality work amazing there's absolutely nothing more that I can say if there was a ranking from 0 to 10, I would do 10, but they only let you pick up to Five. Please get this business an opportunity you won't regret it

  This is the BEST shop ever . The customer service is the BEST they treat people like l family. Any problem I have they assist me ALWAYS. . The ability to customize is TOP NOTCH. I come from NY whenever I have a issue or need anything. My next Sprinter im DEFINITELY getting RM CUSTOMS to build . I RECOMMEND THEM 110%

  I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Mansor.Customs has been very frustrating. Work on my car started back in January and several items are still unfinished months later. Communication has been extremely poor, with repeated delays, unanswered messages, and constant excuses about parts and scheduling.<br><br>I've tried being patient and professional throughout the entire process, but getting clear answers or timelines has been difficult. Some work was completed, but the remaining items continue to drag on with no proper follow-up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the level of customer service or communication.

You explicitly mention 'Mansor.Customs' in your review--we are RM Customs, located at 52 Cambridge Ave. We specialize exclusively in boutique, luxury Sprinter van conversions and have no affiliation with Mansor.Customs, which is a separate automotive shop in town.   I can't say enough about this place! I brought our van there who a previous company had worked on, and he re-wired it to perfection. Not only did he fix some of the issues that we had with the battery, but he was able to add everything we were looking for onto this van. During the process, we were kept informed throughout every step and received facetimes for visuals and any questions. Can't wait to get back!

  I wanted to share my experience working with this custom shop. I brought in my Mercedes, which had an older sound system and a few cosmetic imperfections, and he completely refreshed it for me. He installed a new radio, upgraded the speakers, added an amplifier, and also took care of the smaller cosmetic details throughout the vehicle.<br><br>Thank you again for everything. I wanted to share that as a female customer, I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt brushed off, and that meant a lot. I also took the time to get quotes from a few other places, and his pricing was very fair and competitive for the quality of work he delivers.<br><br>The final result came out beautifully. The sound system is incredible, and the car looks so much cleaner and more refined. I'm very happy with the work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality and attention to detail.
