  Terrible place. My dear friend lives there in the 20th floor and the neighbors are disgusting by letting their children run in the hallways with their scooters and bicycles, screaming and having tantrums. A lot of the nicer people has moved out because the neighbors are so inconsiderate. My friend has no peace and he is looking to move out. Sad to see what he's going through.

  Did you know that this apartment allows smoking?<br><br>There are many places where people smoke in each unit, so it's not regulated.<br><br>We had neighbors below and next to us who smoked, and the smell was overwhelming throughout our entire stay.<br>Whenever we opened the window, cigarette smoke from the neighboring unit would come in, and no matter how much we tried to block the bathroom vent, the smell was always there.<br><br>As a result, there was always this odd, unidentifiable odor lingering in our home.<br>In the end, we decided to move out because of this persistent issue.<br><br>No matter how well-maintained the apartment is, it doesn't matter if the smell continues and remains unresolved.<br>I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed, not just for us but for the residents who are still living here.

  Very clean building, professional staff and very nice residents.
