It was a pleasure to work with Maria Pomerantz over the course of a few months until we were able to make our home purchase. The communication was fantastic. Even with a few offers that were not accepted, the positivity was always there and a willingness to visit quite a few properties. The closing process for us was very smooth. We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Khaled A. and the Modern team who were all excellent communicators, and made our home selling process so stress free and smooth as possible.<br>Khaled is a very young courteous professional who not only carefully paid attention to our needs and conditions, but went the extra mile being so nicely helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and dynamic that we didn't feel we were dealing with an agent but with someone, a friend we knew since "childhood"!<br>He resourcefully managed to find the right buyers in a snap and the whole selling process went by so smoothly that we didn"t even notice it happened!<br>Had we had more properties to buy or sell, we"d definitely call him and his team!<br>Highly recommended!
