  The staff is absolutely NASTY. Worst attitudes like they don't even want to be there. Nurses are so miserable. Stay away.

  Great staff, super clean, was apprehensive in the beginning. But it went smoothly, Doctors and staff are knowledgeable, great bed side manner. I was at ease from beginning to end. It just feels great when you are respected. All of your questions are answered. Put at ease, and the staff including the Doctors talk and look in your eyes!!!! I this facility.

  I had an excellent experience at this medical facility and would highly recommend it. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The front desk team made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone right away. The doctors were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. I truly appreciated how thorough and compassionate they were throughout my visit. The nurses were equally outstanding--kind, attentive, and very professional. They made sure I was comfortable and were always quick to respond to any questions or needs. Their friendly attitude and genuine care made a big difference. Overall, the entire team--from the doctors to the nurses to the administrative staff--worked together seamlessly to provide exceptional care.   Although the staff is nice, I am giving this office a very low rating.If I could give them zero stars I would do just that. Unfortunately, the doctors or nursing staff do not value their patients time or healing. This facility needs to find another way to administer epidural shots as it makes no sense to have people leave their homes at 5 o'clock in the morning and not be seen until 8/9 o'clock. They have a terrible policy where they administer epidural injections to those who are receiving local anesthesia first, while patients who desire to have general anesthesia have to wait all morning regardless of the time they signed in to be seen. In other words, if you came in at 5:30 in the morning to receive an injection under general anesthesia, you will be seen last as local anesthesia takes priority.
