I am writing to share how truly impactful my experience at Break The Mold has been. Since joining in February, I had zero expectations going into it. What I did not expect was the transformation to reach so far beyond the physical.<br><br>Over these past six months, I have seen incredible changes in my strength, endurance, and overall health. I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life and it's because of your gym that has helped me build confidence and approach some of life's challenges with a stronger mindset.<br><br>With a staff of world class coaches and challenging class structures, I firmly believe this is the best gym in NJ.<br><br>I'm excited to continue this journey and remain part of such an empowering community. I recommend BTM for anyone that wants a challenge and looking for results. Being part of the BTM family was the best thing I've done, not only to meet my goal but also meet great people along the way.. I recommend to anyone looking for a change.

I joined a few months back and I can truly look back now and see how much my strength, endurance, confidence, and overall focus on health has transformed and will continue to evolve. Extremely grateful for BTM and all the coaches and members who gave me a reason to keep coming back and believe in myself.
