Dont show up in ur BLACKNESS & COMFORT to grab a quick bite from this mediocre bagel shop. Trust me there are better bagels elsewhere. Spend your $$ where the staff treats everyone EQUALLY.<br><br>It made no sense that there were 7 workers and 2 customers (myself being 1) and not 1 staff member welcomes or ask to help?? Then I ask to pay for my order and i believe the girl employee tati has the audacity to attempt to be smart out the mouth with attitude (lol) only to be strong and wrong. She proceeds to ring my order up with attitude and incorrectly smh (silly girl). So I asked for my receipt and checked it, turned back and asked for the pricing to be checked by a male employee who actually called her out for ringing my order in wrong, she charged 2 of my bagels for full and not mini. She says "my bad i didnt see it" when its literally written on the bag lmao. Unfortuantely if she didnt have an attitude she could've focused on doing the right thing. TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT YOUNG LA

What a terrible experience! The woman that works the counter is very rude and dismissive! She was so rude to my sister I will never go back there!!!

Incompetent would be a complement for the staff. Food is subpar at best. They can't even cut through a bagel.
