Really enjoy this doctor been with him for almost 4 years and every single time, He answers every question in detail. Takes his time with everything. If you don't understand something he explains it even writes notes down for you on a piece of paper to take with you to explain even further. He listens, he cares he never rushes. I trust him 100% he will give you his opinion and listen to yours. Very very good doctor. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone!

3-25-24: a follow up to my previous post. Excellent care and follow up which is rare in medicine today. During an acute medical episode Dr Lubas was there in the hospital, in the ICU, and for last minute office visits. Phenomenal service. I am grateful for his care for many years to my 95 year old mother.<br><br>Previous post: Caring MD who treats every patient with respect. He takes the time to listen to each patient, thoroughly reviews lab work and provides medical care with all options provided to the patient.

Would give zero stars if possible. Doctor and receptionist rude, completely not helpful, and lacking any compassion, concern, or bedside manner. Doctor makes elderly parents come every 3 months unnecessarily for bloodwork and well-visit but will not take them when they are sick. Receptionist says they do not take sick visits, that patients must go to UrgiCare or ER. Office personnel billed wrong insurance and they refuse to rebill correctly, keep telling patients they have to get billing fixed on their own because office doesn't have time. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Save your time and frustration. Find a doctor and office that cares about patients.<br>In response to office response, I don't have to be your patient to give a detailed replay of parents' experiences. You think you can take advantage of the elderly because they don't have a computer to voice complaints to too many people? Guess what - they have family to make sure they have a voice. We are sorry you feel you had a bad experience. In reply:<br>1. We have no record of you ever being seen in the office.<br>2. Well visits are offered at most once a year. Blood tests are never done unnecessarily.<br>3. We do offer sick visits in addition to telemeds as soon as possible for established patients only. We have done COVID tests in the parking lot to avoid contaminating the office.<br>4. We bill and rebill insurance companies all the time. The only time we ask the patient to call is
