  No merece 1 estrella, me estafaron, me dijeron que me iban a arreglar el carro por que una luz se prendio la de engine y yo dejaba el carro para que lo vean pero ellos solo le borraban la luz, no lo recomiendo para nada compre el carro por 7000 y no me duro ni un ano, tuve que rematarlo al final , por favor revisen siempre el carro y no se ilusionen que por que se ve bonito y tal

  They should be urgently sued! They sold me a comletely rusted car that is breaking down for $5000. It needed tons of repairs, it came with lots of lights on the dash and not safe for driving at all.<br><br>They dont tell you anything about the history of the car but they only sell cars that are in very bad conditions and hard to get rid off!<br><br>Mine was sat at the auction for many years, undroven, untreated and got completely rusted off.<br><br>This is the car they sold me!<br>Not safe at all!!

  Venture and Maggio Motorsports sold me a Jeep which I have to take to the mechanic every other week, but that's not the issue, the issue is that after 3 months they haven't give me my title for the car that I paid in cash, they only give me excuses and nobody take responsibility, I can't use the car anymore because it's like a stolen car without a title and can not register it with my dmv. The DMV also tried to contact Maggio Motors and left a message and still no response except emails that lie and lie and lie. We will be contacting the authorities now to get help with this situation.

  UPDATE 3 (9/23/24): I have received a refund after 2 months not because of customer service. I got a refund after MONTHS because I tracked down the owner to her personal cell phone and informed her of what happened. Even she attempted to push me off and it took more follow ups with her for Maggio to address the issue. And the amount I received was an arbitrary number because no one could explain to me how much the warranty costs or how much I paid. I settled because I did not want to deal with this anymore.<br><br>ORIGINAL POST:<br><br>My 17 year old daughter bought her first car from Maggio/Venture. They asked for a $2k down payment to hold the car which is fine but they never explained that if she used her card they would charge her a fee instead of just going down the street to her bank. I asked for a finalized price so she could get a cashier check, we agreed but on the day of pickup they tried to strong arm her with fees by modifying the paperwork. Luckily I had a photo of the ori

  This used car dealership missed the mark. Despite an abundance of negative reviews, I opted to give them a fair chance. On Friday, 9/20/24, I communicated with ZM re a used SUV. It was confirmed the vehicle was available. The following day, Saturday, 9/21, ZM confirmed our appointment for Monday. Today, Monday, 9/23, at 11:40 am, ZM once again confirmed the appointment. I took half a day from work and travelled to the dealership. My first impressions were not great. There is no parking for customers. Further, there is no street parking as it requires a parking permit issued by the town. Therefore, I had to double park. I quickly noticed that the the SUV I was scheduled to see was nowhere to be found. After not finding a place to park and the vehicle not being on the lot, I decided to leave. A short time later, ZM confirmed that the SUV I was interested in was sold. Dealing with the dealership was a huge waste of time. Customer's time should be considered valuable and not squandered.
