  Very bad experience here. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. My friend's new shoes were damaged while we were here, and the restaurant refused to take responsibility or offer any reasonable solution. Very disappointing customer service.<br><br>Reply to their response:<br>You are lier, we asked for a full reimbursement for the brand new shoes, and you rejected; then we compromised by accepting 50% discount and a washing fee exante, you rejected again. You only provide choice 1) 50% discount for our meal and washing shoes on your side 2) paid full meal and go through your insurance later<br>We even spent a lot of time to ask you to give us reimbursement for washing the shoes ourself based on 1). Your manager even rejected to confirm in a text message that you are willing to reimburse the washing fee for the shoes. Your managers's initial proposal is washing the shoes on your side, how could my friend come back home without shoes? Don't you feel ridiculous?

  We're sorry that you were dissatisfied with how the situation was handled, but some details in this review do not accurately reflect what happened.<br><br>Another guest accidentally spilled a drink as your party entered the restaurant. While our staff was preparing to clean the area, your party walked by.   They gave me a $20 coupon, and when I asked to use it for two takeout orders, they said no--you have to dine in and order hot pot. There's absolutely nothing on the coupon that says that. If you can't honor your own promotion, don't offer it in the first place. AC is too cold!

  We're sorry for the misunderstanding. However, our last batch of $20 promotional coupons expired in September 2025, and we have not issued any valid coupons of this type since then. Therefore, this coupon could no longer be accepted, regardless of whether it was for dine-in or takeout.<br><br>We also appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature and will continue to monitor the dining room to provide a more comfortable experience for our guests.<br>
