  Positives:<br><br>- Lots of stuff.<br>- Decently priced.<br>- Super friendly staff!<br><br>Negatives:<br><br>- No parking (people just hanging out in the cars not donating or buying anything).<br>- Crowded as all h3//! Got pushed by a family (the mother and kids) looking for a spatula and shoes...were they in rush to cosplay as SpongeBob?!<br>- found dirty shoes and shirts in the rolling trough trolley. Buyer beware!<br>- inconsiderate people that donate/shop here. If the store doesn't take what they're trying to sell they just leave it there or throw it on the ground. The whole front of the parking lot was a waste zone.

  the entitlement and audacity be crazy to me you shopping at a thrift store with 4 or 5 carts full of stuff, be a regular customer so you already KNOW they close at 5, still somehow be the last ones in line checking out and then complain when security tell you its time to go. but whats funny is these be the same customers asking security to move other people out the way or tell somebody something when THEY feel inconvenienced. like how security supposed to enforce the rules on everybody else but not you??<br>as a fellow customer who also spend like $500+ here i kinda disagree with this. i come to shop just like everybody else but when the store is closing its time to go. spending a lot of money dont mean the workers gotta stay late just cuz you still packing your stuff or whatever. if you shop here all the time you already know what time they close so why wait till the last minute with 4 carts then act surprised when somebody tell you to leave.<br>and tbh i actually thought it was nice

  Bueno yo soy clienta de este lugar ' ahora an puesto una secutity que le grita a la persona .yo entiendo que esta haciendo su trabajo pero debe revisar los recibos no gritarle a los cliente es muy grosera ..yo estaba empacando mi ropa en el lobby y ella me saco para fuera aunque estaba lloviendo ..de muy mal gusto soy una de la cliente que le gasto a la tienda 500$ 750 dolares creo que merezco como todos los clientes respeto que haga su trabajos bien pero sin inrespetar alos clientes que le damos beneficios a las tienda espero que la corrijan.   I've been shopping at this Goodwill Outlet for over two years, and while I love the deals, there are some obvious issues that need attention.<br><br>First, shout out to Lilly and Kayla (after two years they got a second sometimes a third person on the register ) and the older women in the blue vests, One is name Adrianne. They're always friendly, helpful, and clearly overworked. The security guard is also a great addition finally. She's respectful, firm when needed as some of these customers love running to the bins, pushing past staff ect, her presence is clearly making a difference for being here just a little over a month or so. I also appreciated seeing her try to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers. With how many Spanish-speaking shoppers come here, it's surprising there isn't at least one bilingual cashier on every shift.<br><br>The biggest issue is staffing. One security guard isn't enough, the checkout lines are constantly backed up, and the cashiers are expected to be
