  I had an excellent experience at this establishment. They pierced my 9-month-old, and from the moment we walked in, I felt completely at ease. The staff was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions with patience and care. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority for him which made a big difference for me as a parent. He was also gentle and reassuring with my baby, making the whole experience much smoother than I expected. I appreciated their attention to detail and the level of comfort they provided. I would definitely recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe, clean, and knowledgeable environment for piercings.

  Took my 4 month old to get her ears pierced and it was an amazing experience. Dr explained everything to us and made sure we understood the process and the after care. Baby girl cried for like 2 seconds and they have healed up very nicely.

  Took my 4 months old daughter to get her ears pierced and as normal she did cried but was easy to calm right after and I love that Dr. Mendez gives you time to feed your baby and change if you are coming from a different city. I'm happy that I found this place that uses needle instead of a gun for piercing and her piercings are looking great even though it was done yesterday but cleaned it really good this morning, she did have a little dry blood which is normal but it's not bleeding anymore and I'm just keeping her from doing pressure on it or too much friction. But other than that I am super happy. Thank you Dr. Mendez

  We really appreciate your review Sol and sharing what to expect as well. <br>It is always interesting to us some babies will bleed a little bit some not at all. Sometimes 1 ear only. Depends on our blood flow in that area. Blessings to your family. Her earrings look great. Thank you choosing us.

  We took our 10 month old for her first ear piercing and couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Dr. Mendez. The process was quick and our daughter only cried for a few moments. We wanted somewhere that did needle piercing, and were so grateful that we found Dr. Ear Piercing.
