  I recently contacted Fortress Plumbing Services and wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.<br><br>From the start, the company appears to operate more like a call center than a direct plumbing service, which wasn't clearly communicated upfront. When the technicians arrived, instead of focusing on the specific repair I requested, the conversation quickly shifted toward recommending multiple replacements that I did not need.<br><br>After doing my own research, I found that the parts they quoted--around $1,800--can be purchased from common retailers like Amazon or Home Depot for under $200. When I declined the upsell and asked for the specific repair I originally wanted, they were unwilling to proceed.<br><br>In addition, there is a $175 service fee just for the visit and assessment, which does not go toward any repair work.<br><br>I ultimately hired another professional who completed the job at a much more reasonable cost.<br><br>My advice: shop around and

  The air conditioning unit was not cooling effectively. Mark assessed the situation quickly and shared a clear explanation along with a fair estimate. His team arrived promptly the next day to install a new unit. They worked efficiently and maintained a tidy workspace. We appreciate a service that values professionalism and expertise.   Efficient and Reliable Professional Service!<br>Nate did a fantastic job. He was on time and completed the work quickly. Nate also explained everything very clearly. He was respectful to my home, and ensured that everything worked perfectly before he departed. Nowadays, it is hard to find someone as reliable. "If you're looking for a plumber that knows their stuff and won't waste time, then this is the person to call."

  Eddie did a fantastic job! Installed new bibs on the front and backyard. I appreciate his help. He is the only plumber I'll call if I ever need anything else. I would give him 5 stars. !

  Very professional. The service involved digging under my house foundation. It was very expensive, but it also came with a warranty of two years. They did a great job with my yard. I've had to buy sod before after a repair. So I was very happy with the outcome.
