  I would say i had a wonderful experience during my visit. Scheduling was simple, the massage was customized to address the stiffness I had from long hours of sitting at work. Every technique felt purposeful, and the Monica frequently checked to make sure the pressure was comfortable. The studio was clean, quiet, and designed to create a relaxing environment.

  One thing I appreciated was how knowledgeable Monica was about muscle tension and recovery. During the session, she explained why certain areas felt tight and used targeted techniques to release knots that had been bothering me for weeks. By the end of the massage, I noticed a significant improvement in my range of motion and much less stiffness in my neck and shoulders.

  Her massage room was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Monica applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the deep tissue massage, especially around my shoulders and upper back where I had been experiencing significant tightness. She regularly checked to ensure the pressure was comfortable and adjusted her technique based on my feedback
