  Check in was great and registering nurse but when I got to the operating room things started going downhill. It seemed the operating nurse was very unprepared. Discharge was a joke. They couldn't read doctors writing nor did they have current discharge instructions for my procedure.

  If you are a nervous person I would rethink having your family member come here. As far as surgery and staff they take care of the patients well. As far as the patients family, this is by far the worst experience. The board does not give you updates as it would in other centers or a hospital and not a single nurse, staff member or doctor will come out and update you even if your family member. There were no instructions given post surgery because you don't get to go back or speak to anyone. They tell the patient but that's not very ideal when they are on drugs. It seems like it should really just be a factory for epidural shots and that's it.

  Had a procedure today with doctor steve Aydin and of course he is amazing always. But would like to add that all the nurses in and out of the OR are so wonder and kind. They are the best I wish I could name them all but if I could give 20 stars I would for their care. They are all wonderful. Thank you Doctor Aydin and all the nurses.<br>Sincerely, Melissa Brown

  Everyone I dealt with was amazing! They knew i was nervous, I am a 30 year old having hip surgery. Something i wasn't expecting to deal with so young. Nurse (twin lol) Jennifer was by my side the whole time, she made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Every person I dealt with in the surgical unit was very sweet and caring. Definitely made a first surgical experience as smooth and relaxing as could be. Thank you ladies for all your help!!!

  Currently sitting in the waiting room.<br>I had a 12:00 appt.<br>Been waiting an hour<br>Dr is not even on site yet<br>Rediculous<br><br>Just now .....at 1:15 the Dr walked in with his coat on......exactly one FULL hour after my appt time
