  I have been going to this practice for the past five years. During that time, I developed microscopic cracks in my teeth from heavy grinding, but Kristen never informed me that they had been noted.<br><br>When I had to switch dentists because of an insurance change, my new dentist told me I had cracks in my teeth. Shocked and Concerned, I returned to this practice for a second opinion and met with the father. He showed me that Kristen had documented the cracks in my chart and reassured me that he was not concerned and that no treatment was needed.<br><br>While I appreciate the reassurance, I was charged $50 for that visit just to be told what was already in my records. More importantly, it would have been nice if Kristen had communicated this to me when the cracks were first identified, especially since she had been my dentist throughout my treatment. Better communication with patients would have avoided unnecessary worry and an extra appointment.nevertheless, I changed my dentist

  I have been going to Dr. Mason since I was in my early 20's and now I am nearly 60 and still going there. Dr Mason's daughter has now taken the reigns and she is just as caring and skilled as her dad (maybe better, sorry Dr. Mason). I drive nearly an hour to go here and would never go anywhere else. The staff is full of compassionate individuals and would absolutely recommend them 100 times over. Excellent excellent excellent.

  Friendly staff and Amanda is great. My gums felt like they got a workout from the cleaning.

  Everyone--Denise, Vanessa, Anna, Dr. Kristyn, and the person who assisted Dr. Kristyn--warm and genuine and Know What They're Doing. Office is peaceful--and has wonderful views!
