I went to TD Bank with my mom today, and the customer service with Nihad Alnassari was excellent. I felt very respected, she helped me through every step of the process for creating a new checking account, and she was very kind.

Now I can see why this bank has a bad rating. The manager Molly does not even know her own banks policies - this lady actually tried to get me in trouble with my employer because she had no idea what she was talking about and I told her politely she was wrong - in the end she was wrong and literally called my employer when it was her mistake - she is not a good human being
