Truly awful company. Complete scam. Ships cheap frames at inflated prices. No materials, and not even color, match the descriptions. Each contact made the problem worse. Michael's Craft Store Makerplace is also complicit in this company's outright "not as described" fraud. I filed a dispute with my bank and Paypal. And a Consumer Affairs Complaint with the state of NJ.

I received outstanding personal service all my needs on my picture were taken care of and the work was done expertly I would recommend anybody to go here the staff was friendly and kind and if I have any work in the future I will go there again I give this place the highest rating five stars thank you so much

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Received my frame in the mail. Frame was so cheaply made and the hook to hang it on the wall was taped on the frame with masking tape. When reaching out to the company they stated they don't accept returns. I highly suggest not buying from this company.
