June 2026. Mike came recommended to me for an issue with our AC system. He was extremely knowledge about the issue we had, including breaking down different options as well as his recommendations. Arrived promptly within the timing window we had scheduled and also gave advice on a few other aspects of our hvac setup. Would recommend, 5 Stars!

I witnessed the owner personally called a former customer--not to offer an apology or to understand their concerns--but solely to threaten them over a negative review. Their call lacked professionalism entirely. There was no attempt to take responsibility or to reflect on the feedback given. Instead, it became clear that the sole purpose of the call was to intimidate the customer into removing their honest experience.<br><br>Customers should never fear retaliation for expressing dissatisfaction, especially when done respectfully and truthfully.<br><br>If this is how the leadership at Grab Air LLC responds to criticism, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with them. Respect and accountability matter, and unfortunately, those values were nowhere to be found in this situation.

We've used Grab Air several times, they are fantastic. They are fast, responsive and reasonably priced, they've helped with big projects and small repairs. They were recommended to us by a friend and are always our go-to. Fully recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Grab Air LLC. My HVAC stopped working all of a sudden and their team was incredibly fast, arriving within hours, and handled everything with top-notch professionalism. Highly recommend for their efficient and expert service!
