I realized that this club is not a place I should ever go to after seeing how rude the director was. My son and husband went for a tryout, and we rearranged several schedules to make it work. Before going, we even confirmed multiple times by email, but there was actually no tryout scheduled. The director, who gave us the wrong information, behaved very rudely without offering a sincere apology. After seeing this director's behavior, I decided that I should never come here again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. Seeing this kind of irresponsible behavior makes it easy to get a sense of what level this club is.

Our experience with this program has been extremely disappointing, especially from a leadership and communication standpoint.<br><br>In November, I sent a detailed email to the Academy Director expressing concerns about my daughter's experience. She is a 2017 player who had just turned 8, yet she was consistently placed with older girls due to a lack of players in her age group. I explained that this was affecting her confidence and overall experience in the sport.<br><br>The director responded briefly stating that the winter would be used to "build the group." Months passed and nothing changed. The team structure remained the same, with only two additional players added (both 2016). Practices continued with only one coach, while I regularly observed older teams having multiple coaches. Games were even scheduled with 10U teams, which is not appropriate development for an 8-year-old new to the sport.<br><br>On March 3, I reached out again asking for a time to speak.
