  I visited this office for the first time yesterday, and I was warmly welcomed by Suzanne, who made me feel as if we were old friends. Within just ten minutes of my arrival, she expressed her confidence in helping me address my hair loss struggles. After all I've been through, her sincerity and compassion brought tears to my eyes.<br><br>We dove into my health history, and I was struck by her caring demeanor, along with her extensive knowledge and passion for her work. She also introduced me to Lana, who is equally caring, knowledgeable and passionate. Together, they provided me with so many insightful ideas that I found myself wishing I had taken notes. These women truly are angels.<br><br>I appreciate how they handle such a sensitive issue with empathy and professionalism, as reflected in the glowing reviews I read prior to my visit. The scalp testing was particularly enlightening; it made apparent why hair struggles to grow in certain conditions. I learned about the various products

  Suzanne was so helpful. I came in for a consultation with build up, dandruff, folliculitus, and persistent itching. It was really affecting my hair loss and overall quality of life.<br><br>As soon as I had consultation with her, I knew I was in good hands. She was very knowledgeable and caring. We did the ozone treatment which was very helpful and she provided a treatment regimen of products. These products have been more effective than anything I have ever used and trust me I have tried just about everything. So far I have barely been noticing any dandruff or itching and my scalp and hair feel so healthy thanks to her regimen.<br><br>I went to several dermatologists in the past without much help and just getting ketoconazole etc which was ineffective for me. Highly recommend going here for your hair loss and scalp health concerns.

  I began going to Simone Trichology in late June, I saw Suzanne for an initial consultation. It was very thorough. Suzanne provided helpful information and devised a regimen that I've been following since the first visit which includes Sebum Regulating Shampoo, ATP Oxygen Equilibrium Shampoo Professional, Triple Action Conditioner, DNA+Pollen Treatment and monthly Ozone treatments which I started in July.<br><br>It's still very early (1-month of consistency with my regimen) however I am seeing results. Which is great and I've regained a bit of confidence.<br><br>Suzanne is very knowledgeable and dropped some gems that have really changed how I care for my hair and overall health. It's a holistic approach which is what I was looking for versus the prescription and RX topical treatments that a local Dermatologist was pushing.<br><br>Patience and consistency are key.

  Simone trichology has helped me so much with my hair journey. As a teen I felt like this should be the time of my life where I already have the best hair, so I always felt to insecure about mine because it was so weak. Going here helped me understand my hair and scalp a lot better. Suzanne was able to explain in detail way to adjust my lifestyle for the better and I truly see a difference. 10/10 recommend if you are also someone struggling with you hair/scalp
