  Atilla one of their HVAC techs came in same day notice, completely took care of me while I was working from home - and the entire system was operational in an hour looking brand new and more importantly working like it was brand new. Big thanks again to Atilla!

  Not knowing much about Tanous a few years back, I needed a complete replacement of my HVAC system....they were prompt, clean, affordable and very interactive. Most recently needed HVAC work again on a different apartment in Hoboken. Not only did everything above apply again, Nico remembered the last job like he did it yesterday. I feel like they partner with you to get the job done. I couldn't be more satisfied and that's a high bar.

  I contacted 5 HVAC/Plumbing companies to receive quotes on replacing our 33 year old HVAC and 18 year old water heater. Two companies never called me back, the other 3 provided quotes. From the start, Tanous, hands down, was the obvious choice !<br>First, they answered my technical questions in a timely, professional manner. When they were not available, I received a return call almost immediately and frequently, to my surprise I was able to discuss pricing and options with the owner of the company !<br>Secondly, the quote from Tanous not only included a top of the line HVAC and water heater at an amazingly, affordable price, but there were several amenities provided with no increase in cost, including an extended maintenance warranty !<br>Third, I had top-notch technicians performing the installation of both systems. I say top-notch because I'm retired military and extremely picky when it comes to technical work performed. I was nothing short of amazed with the completion and quality

  I'm so grateful to have Tanous as my HVAC company. We've relied on them for many years for both routine maintenance, repairs and an emergency. I trust them completely as they always provide good service and advice. I feel that their pricing is fair too. They have been maintaining our systems so well, that our PTAC units have lasted far beyond their expected lifespans. Also, a few months ago our water heater started leaking near midnight on a holiday weekend, and Tanous texted me back to assure me someone would be out the next morning on a holiday! I was shocked they would respond at that hour and gave me so much peace of mind. I truly appreciate their good work and couldn't recommend them more.

  We're a management company with over 100 buildings under management. Tanous is our go to for HVAC. Michael and Alex are honest and go out of their way to take care of their clients and get things done. Their prices are the best in the area and they are our recommended vendor.
