  Great customer service! When I walked in I really didn't know what I was looking for, but the staff was helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend!

  Horrible customer service, the "manager" had a very nasty attitude towards me because of a system error that wasn't caused by me or anything I did. Spoke to me in a very sarcastic and condescending tone, told me rudely when I requested a refund that "things don't work that way" when all I did was politely and patiently ask a simple question. She could even provide me with a receipt that showed the transaction voided,, and even though I can understand the system issue, it's the customer service for me that counts. I had told her what I was there for, that I was trying to get my dad something for his pain because of his cancer, and just to be treated like the issue was MY MISTAKE MY PROBLEM THE ONE WHO CAUSED IT was definitely not it...i mean, just horrible experience altogether. I will not be stepping foot in here again. Ever.

  Leslie! that girl was awesome.. From the minute I walked in! I had to have asked her fifty million and one questions, but she answered them all with a smile! she was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Thanks Leslie for being super clutch on my "15 minutes or less mission," give that girl a raise!!
