They lost my wife's dress then told me they never had it.<br><br>I picked up a bunch of dry cleaning and the lady told me I overpaid so she gave me a bunch of money back and I took the dry cleaning home. My wife noticed one of her dresses are missing so I went back and the lady asked for the receipt and I said you took it from me when I picked up my stuff. I said I'm missing address. I showed her a picture of it and she said we don't have it and she'll look for it and call me. She never called me. I went back in several times and told me they never had it and basically called me a liar. I'll never go back there again terrible business.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star, went to have dress altered here and went to put it on yesterday for my sister in laws wedding and NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING was done to my dress the straps weren't sewed on like I asked and the dress was still big on me...... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!!!

Very nice owner and the quality of the cleaning is good. She often loses garments and doesn't take responsibility for lost clothing.

They gave me someone else pants, and shirts, and they shrunk my jacket. Refused to do anything or help in any way
