5 stars! I went in because my sunglasses had lost a screw, and Alex was incredibly kind and helpful. He fixed them for me right away and didn't even charge me. On top of that, he also does prescription lenses for sunglasses, which can be surprisingly hard to find. Really great service and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

Alex was very helpful. Easy to talk to. Fixed wife's frames (for free) and chatted about my own vision issues. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My son's glasses frequently need adjustments, and every time we go to Lenswear , he is always happy to help us. He fixes them perfectly and never charges us anything. He is such a kind, friendly, and genuinely good person. We really appreciate his patience and willingness to help every single time. Excellent customer service!

How do I give more than five stars?! Alex is a gem! After being told yesterday by LensCrafters that my glasses were "beyond repair," he fixed them within minutes while offering pleasant conversation. I went early this afternoon and have already recommended this place to three people. Next time I need new glasses, this is exactly where I'll be heading. Broken glasses versus fixed in the photos for reference!

A few weeks ago, I brought my husband's (unique) glasses to Alex at Lenswear after several stores had turned me away, saying they couldn't or wouldn't fix them. Alex was not in, but he got my message, and he emailed me and reassured me he could fix them. I came back and within 5 minutes the glasses were fixed, plus adjusted and cleaned. What amazing customer service! He did not charge me for this, but from now on I will be going to him for all our eye glasses needs. It's a little out of our way, but it's worth the drive for such quality service. Plus the store is clean, well-stocked with many options of glasses, and there is easy, free parking on the street. 10/10 recommend.
