I had a great experience at this ice cream place, and I especially want to recognize Luay for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Guy at the front desk couldnt communicate at all. i said can i get mint chocolate with fudge and he said I dont understand. I then pointed to the picture of the mint chocolate and fudge and said this one. He said i dont do this because i cant shake it. What does that even mean??<br><br>Finally i gave up and said MINT CHOCOLATE 1 SCOOP.<br><br>"Oh 2 scoops"<br><br>He then gives me two scoops. Unable to do fudge for some reason Even though the fudge syrup was there I understand English is not everyone's first language, but really boggles my mind where I want something, point to a picture and then the person still doesn't understand.
