  I had such a great first experience at the salon, and glad I found Liliana!<br>I arrived a little early since it was my first time visiting, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The receptionist/salon manager greeted me with a warm smile and offered me water and coffee. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, what I wanted to achieve with my hair, and even chatted with me while we waited for my appointment to begin. That level of hospitality immediately made me feel comfortable.<br><br>Then I met Liliana, and she was amazing! She was efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She really understood my hair goals and made recommendations based on what would help me achieve the look I wanted while also prioritizing the health of my hair.<br><br>I had a sew-in with leave-out and brought my own hair. Liliana mentioned that many of her clients purchase their hair directly from the salon as well, so next time I'll definitely consider doing that. She also

  I was disappointed with the makeup service I received. I showed reference photos and explained the look I wanted, but the final result was very different from what was discussed. The makeup appeared uneven, the foundation did not match my skin tone well, and the overall application felt rushed.<br><br>I also felt that my concerns were not addressed when I mentioned them during the appointment. Considering the price I paid, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and customer service.<br><br>Unfortunately, I would not return based on this experience.
