Had a great experience with Dr Desai and would highly recommend. She is very professional and very reassuring of the process and puts you at ease of any of your concerns.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean office. Doctor Desai is excellent. She was thorough, explained everything, answered all my questions and didn't rush. She has a pleasant and calming manner, which I appreciated. I will definitely be back. Thank you, doctor Desai and staff.

<br><br>Very disappointing experience. We arrived about 20-25 minutes late to our appointment because of a severe storm and traffic. I had called the office an hour in advance to explain the situation, but their phone system only allowed me to leave a voicemail.<br><br>When I arrived with my son, the front desk refused to let us see the doctor, citing the 15-minute late policy and saying they had no room to accommodate us. There was no attempt to consider the circumstances or find a reasonable solution.<br><br>What made this particularly frustrating is that this appointment was only to refill a prescription because we had run out of medication while abroad. We had previously tried to arrange a video appointment from abroad, but were told that could not be done because we were outside the country. We even went through the trouble of obtaining the required blood work abroad so that the appointment could be completed.<br><br>Despite all of this, the only option offered was another appoint

My first time in the office and meeting the Dr. He was great. Explained everything in detail. Great bedside matter. So happy with my experience and my surgery. The staff was great. So happy with my visit.
