  Having worked with Keith and GERETY Building & Restoration over the years, I've had the opportunity to see firsthand the quality of their work and the commitment they bring to their customers. As someone who owned and operated a plumbing and heating company in Westchester County for over 27 years, I've worked alongside many contractors and have a strong appreciation for quality workmanship and professionalism.<br>Keith has always stood out for his attention to detail and the fact that he remains personally involved in the day-to-day operations of his company. He takes pride in his work, stands behind what he does, and is committed to making sure his customers are taken care of.<br>In my experience, Keith and GERETY Building & Restoration are right up there with the best contractors in Westchester County.   I recently hired Gerety Building & Restoration to do a gut renovation of my kitchen and two bathrooms. Keith Gerety and his team did an excellent job. They paid close attention to detail and offered excellent advice on design and materials. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for an honest builder. I am very happy with the project.

  Gerety is by far the best contractor we've ever had. His attention to detail is superb. His responsiveness is beyond compare. The quality of the work is the best. He gets things done on time and in accordance with our specifications. We recently had a serious emergency project at our house and Gerety responded the very day it happened. He sent workmen the next day and they worked tirelessly--even through the weekend--to get things fixed. It was a complicated issue, involving digging a trench through rock and it was done on time and excellently. But even in more routine projects, Gerety is responsive and of the highest quality. We will continue to use Gerety for all of our construction projects. There is no one better.

  I had a wonderful experience working with Keith and his team remodeling my new home. I had a lengthy wish-list but they did everything they could to make it all come to fruition. They renovated my primary bathroom, created a new laundry/mud room, updated the dated HVAC system to be more efficient, as well as many other smaller jobs to make the home more comfortable. At every step, Keith and my project manager, Tiago, were very communicative and transparent about timing and cost. They also came up with some creative solutions to tricky design problems. While all of their work came out impeccably and looks amazing, what I appreciated the most was how considerate they were the whole time about making this process as painless for me as possible. Whether it was coming over during an evening hour for one last walkthrough as I tried to make a decision or answering my never ending questions, they were always patient and willing to take extra time to go over any concerns I had to be sure I was

  Gerety did work of the highest quality and did it on time and with great skill and integrity. They responded quickly to our needs and always kept us informed of the progress of the job. They discussed with us the need for changes as the work proceeded and didn't make any changes without our approval. And equally important, the cost was reasonable and fully transparent. We have used Gerety for several projects and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
