I love this place my true home in north jersey. Since 2005 when I arrived in Englewood I sought this studio out because my exercise routine was causing me only pain.<br><br>Since then I have been taking Pilates classes for 20 years. Unlike most of my contemporaries I rarely have any pain. The instruction is first class and recently virtual classes have been added to the menu during which I do Pilates Mat technique, which requires no equipment, with the studio founder, Kristi Sesso, and two classes a week in the studio with Gabriel, a master teacher of Pilates, Gyro tonics, and a veteran ballet and modern dancer. I began with Margaret as my first teacher. I have worked with many people, all wonderful.
