It's been a very nice experience. The instructor is warm and attentive, and always customizes lessons to suit one's needs and limitations. I'd recommend especially for those with chronic pain to benefit from her lessons.

I love this Pilates studio very much. I have been going here before they moved to this new location.The owner, Haley is very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been suffering from severe back pain and DJD. She creates a routine for me that fits my needs and she is very serious and cautious in making sure that I don't overextend myself with each movement. After taking Pilates with Haley, my symptoms are getting better. The studio is always clean and very private. As for the classes, I have been taking private classes but recently I have been doing Duet class with my daughter which is so much fun. I love the stretches that are incorporated for "break" time. It gives me adequate time to cope with my pain. Haley is helpful with modifications in case of injury and is always encouraging. I love having Pilates into my workout routine and PT as well. l highly recommend Thera Pilates private class not only for the workout but for substitution for Physical Therapy.
