Every time I buy empanadas from this place the taste is either off or the empanada is stale. I bought some at 1pm and still stale. I don't understand

Good afternoon we apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes the heater can dry them out if they have been in it for more than 2 hours. I went to this establishment and unfortunately they didn't have exactly what I wanted, but she went above and beyond and took the time to create it and make it especially for me. It came out absolutely delicious! I truly appreciated the extra effort and amazing customer service. Definitely a great experience!

Used to love this place but there's a Colombian lady working there and has no idea what's going on. I ordered 2 mangu with no cheese. The lady put extra cheese and didn't put any eggs !! I called to tell her it was a mistake and she said no it wasn't her mistake. She put extra cheese since I said no eggs..... not true I don't eat cheese. I would have never ordered it that way. She didn't apologize and said I can come back but would have to pay for the eggs !! Mind you, I just spent $32. I also asked to speak with a manager and she said there isn't one. I asked to speak to someone other than her and she refused and then got loud with me. If you're looking for complications, confusions and disrespect with good food then this is the place. This is the 3rd time where they messed up my order. I will not going be back here. Pay credit only so when this happens and they refuse to help. You can cancel with your card. Unfortunately, I paid debit so lesson learned.

VERY EXPENSIVE and not authentic. The seasoning and menu is not consistent. Being the only Dominican restaurant in the radius is what saves them
