  1. Product: I purchased kidney restore for cats and dogs and have been treating the product to my cat for 3 months - she is with stage 2-3 phases of CKD. The product has reduced the level of CREA of my cat from 2.3 to 1.8 so far, which is a satisfying status commented by my vet, and the BUN is within stable figure. The PHOs is controlled at 4.3 which is a good state to keep as well. Since my cat wouldn't take pills regularly and hates to take shots everyday, this product literally immensely supported her in the easiest way (by adding the supplement to the daily meal). I couldn't even imagine how she would have been these days if I didn't came across this product, and I am truly thankful for the company's endeavors in helping our pet friend in the most ideal way...thank you!!<br><br>2.   They have horrible customer service skills. They do not return calls. They ignore emails. I ordered the 5000 nature's 9 amino acids 210 pills n the sent me the 3000 with 90 pills. I tried contacting them several times thru email. Not once have they responded back. Completely unacceptable!!! And today I called them n they were very uncooperative n very rude n they were telling me lies about me wanting free stuff from them, which was stupid. So I had to call Walmart for a full refund. I would strongly advise you to not use this company because I don't want you guys to go thru the grief I went thru with them. They have horrible customer service n they CANNOT BE TRUSTED<br><br>So I'll NEVER EVER purchase anything from this company again

  I've recently purchase this product for my dog who has kidney issues I am still in the process of using it to find out how well it works I'm going to have blood work done to see.<br>UPDATE - I've used the product for a month-and-a-half I went and had the blood work done and to my surprise her kidney values actually improved. she is no longer at stage 3 kidney failure!!!! My dog still has a long journey ahead of her but with this supplement I believe she may actually get better. I spent a lot of money at the vets and nothing they did changed and then when I had her blood work it wasn't until I started using the product that I actually seen a change. thank you so much.
