  This is the team you want by your side as you navigate what can feel like the loneliest road to travel. I remember being referred to URA and calling to schedule my first appointment while crying. I felt hopeless in that moment. However, when we went to our consultation and met the teams at both the Goshen and Hasbrouck Heights offices, we knew that we were getting a new sense of hope. The team was kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and encouraging. Everyone knew us at our appointments and cheered us on when we finally got our positive test results. We just welcomed our IUI baby and truly feel like our dream came true thanks to the team at URA. Dr. McGovern and the entire team, thank you could never be enough to convey how incredibly grateful we are for the science that helped my body, the team that lifted us up and for the greatest gift we could ever receive - our perfect son.   I wish I could give them 10 stars. The whole crew is AMAZING. The nurses. The assistants. The embryologists (Keith my man). Dr Cho, and ALL OTHER DOCTORS - I have no words to express how grateful i am to have had you as my help in this incredibly difficult journey. This clinic helped me to survive my loss, and pulled me up after surgeries. Thank you for being so professional, so compassionate, and so KIND. Thank you for making me feeling absolutely blessed

  I've had a really good experience with University Reproductive Associates (URA). I'm honestly so grateful I found this place.<br><br>They're always there to answer your questions, and that makes such a difference during this process.<br><br>The staff is amazing. Everyone is kind and patient--from the nurses, to the people on the phone, to the front desk. Diana, Audrey, and Khalea have all been so sweet and helpful.<br><br>Dr. McGovern is wonderful. He's very knowledgeable, and you can tell he really knows what he's doing. It feels different being under his care. He makes the right decisions, and that gives me a lot of confidence. I feel really happy that I found a doctor like him.

  There are not enough words to express my gratitude for URA. Every single member of the staff makes one of the hardest things to go through that much easier. From the front staff to the nurses to the amazing providers, I cannot reccomend them enough.<br>Coming in 3-4x a week can be daunting but when you feel like family it makes it so much better. Every morning feels like grabbing a coffee with your friends.<br>I am enterally grateful for Dr.Cho and the entire staff of URA. If you are looking for a fertility clinic you won't regret URA for one second!

  This has been an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with University Reproductive Associates (URA).<br><br>I paid $140 in person by credit card on August 5, 2024. Despite this, URA continues to send me invoices and payment reminders as if the balance is still outstanding. Even more concerning, I receive automated calls from URA every month requesting payment. These calls appear to be robocalls, and when I try to return the call, no one answers. There is effectively no way to resolve the issue.<br><br>Repeatedly requesting payment after it has already been made, combined with monthly automated calls and zero response from the billing department, raises serious concerns about their billing practices. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam.<br><br>I have attached a screenshot of my credit card payment as proof. URA needs to immediately review my account, correct the error, stop the automated calls, and confirm that my balance is $0. Until this is resolved, I strongly cau
