  So I had a dislocated right wrist which is my dominant hand. It was so bad that I couldn't even use it or turn it and my job requires me to type I'm a receptionist. Stephanie worked wonders I have my wrist back I can use it normally now after hard work and having a physical therapist who actually knows what's she's doing. I'm thankful ..<br>Great therapist and employees..

  I've had an excellent experience here and can't recommend this physical therapy team enough. I first came in after knee surgery, and thanks to their guidance and expertise, I was able to recover quickly and get back to normal activity much sooner than I expected.<br><br>I'm currently back again for post-carpal tunnel surgery therapy, and the level of care continues to be outstanding. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Stephanie does a great job of finding the right balance between pushing you enough to make progress while also knowing when it's best to maintain your current pace and let your body recover.<br><br>The entire team creates a supportive and encouraging environment, and it's clear they genuinely care about their patients' outcomes. I'm very grateful for the care I've received here and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy!

  I've gained back so much strength in my core and back thanks to Josh at Alliance. He's extremely knowledgeable and not just a "one treatment fits all" type of therapist. Working on your body when it's not in its best shape is difficult, but Josh and the staff at Alliance make every session fun and encouraging. I began in aqua therapy and have now "graduated" to the regular floor therapy and I'm still amazed and proud of my progress. I couldn't have done it without Josh and this amazing group!

  After shattering my wrist and having surgery, the surgeon explained to me that my wrist would never regain full motion. How fortunate I was to choose Alliance Hand & Physical Therapy for OT. Stephanie's plan for my recovery was thorough and she encouraged me every step of the way. Chris took care of my insurance, filing my paperwork for me and being flexible when scheduling my appointments. Today I "graduated" from OT and while I was happy to be well enough to do that, I will miss these people who took care of me and were my biggest cheerleaders.
