I have been trying to reach someone in the Finance Department for over a month to cancel my extended warranty and GAP insurance, but I have been unable to get through to anyone. Every time I contact Customer Service, they transfer me to the Finance Department's voicemail, but I never receive a call back.<br><br>I have explained to Customer Service multiple times that I have been trying to resolve this issue for more than a month, but they tell me the only thing they can do is forward my request to the Finance Department--which has repeatedly failed to result in any response.<br><br>At this point, I have no choice but to drive there in person just to cancel my warranty and GAP insurance. This has been an extremely frustrating and unnecessarily difficult experience. I should not have to make an in-person trip simply because I cannot get a response from the department responsible for handling my cancellation

I had an amazing experience at Toyota! I only went to look and left with my dream car, exactly the model, color, and features I wanted. Special thanks to Luis and Jefferson, who were excellent and truly went the extra mile to make it happen just as I expected. Highly recommend them!
