  Leaving a review after 2 wonderful years at the Parker 118.<br><br>For anyone looking for a home in Rutherford you would be hard pressed to find an apartment as nice as this.<br>The unit we lived in was immaculate and clean and we never had a single issue with pests or anything breaking down. The building is always well kept and maintained. We frequently would comment on how quickly small things such as scratches in the paint in the hallways would be fixed and how nice the hallways smelled (which I didn't realize was such a blessing until we looked at apartments across the country).<br>But more than the apartment unit itself you won't find a building staff that is more friendly, attentive and skilled than the people at the Parker. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, they are what made the Parker so great.<br>I can't recommend the Parker enough to anyone looking to move to Rutherford.

  I have been wanting to move to 118 for two years and finally all the stars aligned when there was availability for a one bedroom apartment. Elaine made the entire process beyond seamless. This was my first move in 15 years. The building is so quiet, clean, & after living here two months I have zero complaints. It's everything I need & more. This building is so well kept & worth the rent. I am extremely happy & feel safe coming home late from work from the Rutherford train station. The entire building staff including Felix is responsive to any needs I may need that have been minor (like misplacing my garage tag). Thank you to the team for making my moving day on May 5th an unforgettable one and the start of an amazing new chapter in my life! #118

  We've lived in this building for three years now, and we truly love it. I'm shocked I haven't thought to share a well-deserved review sooner. The entire staff is what makes this place feel like home -- they treat you like family, not just another resident passing through. Everyone -- Tara, Myron, Elaine especially-- is incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely supportive. Whether it's a quick question, a maintenance request, or just a friendly hello, they always go above and beyond. For example, while everyone was locked inside during the recent extreme snowstorm, our maintenance team was out there nonstop making sure the sidewalks were clear for their residents. The leasing office helped us lock in our second unit (we wanted a bit more space) with such care and even helped with keeping the doors open when macys delivered our couch. They keep the gym absolutely immaculate. Always hosting social gatherings for all the residents. It's rare to find a building where the people make such a di

  Having lived in 4 different apartments across NJ, The Parker 118 is my favorite and most satisfied with. I like how it only has 4 floors so there aren't a lot of residents. You rarely come across anyone in the elevator, gym or work area. It feels private, personal, homey and quiet. It's always clean and smells great. When I texted Mayron for help on maintenance, he always comes in 10mins, professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The appliances size are similar to single houses, extra large kitchen island, double closets, laundry, rooms. Very fast microwave and stovetop. Love the black glossy cabinets and light wood flooring. Has bright ceiling lights for each room. Grocery food can deliver to door if provided with entry code. The only negative is a lack of sky view since my unit's windows closely face other resident's windows. A pleasant experience here.
