No hot water five days out of the past week which happens all the time and they raise our rent every single year. No painting, no maintenance or upkeep and it's my fifth year in the apartment. I could keep going and on with the list of issues. At this point forced to move out and live somewhere reasonable. Maybe a place with more than four broken down washer and dryers for the thirty apartments they rent.

Worst experience ever!! Do not rent from this company!! The management is abysmal, and getting anything done is literally like trying to draw blood from a turnip. They will literally ignore you when it comes to any type of account issue concerning your balance or deposit. Overall the price does not constitute the living conditions, $1460 a month for a one bedroom apartment that does not come with any type of AC is ridiculous. Find other places to rent from, you will thank me.

Well I have decided to rate this complex after years of suffering living in one of its units<br>The windows are too old and rusty you can't open nor close.<br>The windows have many holes on the edges to enjoy the freezing wind coming through in the winter<br>The delay the heat date until the middle of October<br>Bathroom are very ugly and they will never change unless you move out .<br>No wonder people are moving out recently right and left

do not live here, the maintenance literally do nothing, the place is extremely dirty even though they charge a fee. and they could are less about your safety, they see nothing wrong notes threatening peoples safety
