  He is the best, listens and works with his clients in a consulting fashion. His expertise is unbound, methods are great, understands pain levels, and overall goals.<br>Really helped with recovery from my hip replacement to get me back to jiu jitsu.

  John was able to squeeze in a session for my son very last minute. He provided a thorough assessment and tailored a technical training routine for recovery. If you want to find out what the root cause of your pain is and a roadmap to recovery/improvement, Ethos is your solution!

  I just finished a session with Dr John Puzio and I am impressed beyond words.<br>Dr Puzio it is not your typical PT, he carefully evaluates the issue and professionally addresses the problem. He uses more than one method! Cupping, massage and exercises.<br>He approachable and competent!<br>I came in with right shoulder injury and after one session I already feel better than I came in.<br>The place is clean and functional!<br>Thank you Dr John Puzio

  I started seeing Dr. Puzio a few months ago and what a tremendous difference! I haven't felt this good in quite some time and have hit a point of "maintenance only." Dr. Puzio is very attentive to the issues and follows up based on past sessions. Easy to book and great instructional follow up to keep things moving at home. Thanks again Dr. P!

  I can't recommend my physical therapist enough! When I first started treatment, I was dealing with a lot of lower back pain that was affecting my daily life. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and personalized treatment plan, I'm finally getting back to feeling like myself again.<br><br>Not only did he help relieve my pain, but he also took the time to educate me about my injury, proper stretching, strengthening exercises, and ways to prevent future issues. I never felt rushed, and he always made sure I understood the why behind everything we were doing.<br><br>I'm so grateful for all of his help, encouragement, and expertise. Thank you for helping me get back to normal and giving me the confidence to move without fear again. If you're looking for a physical therapist who truly cares about his patients and knows what he's doing, I highly recommend him!
