  I visited this bakery(ridgefield) and was absolutely shocked by the lack of basic food hygiene. There was still more than an hour left before closing time, and a large amount of fresh bread was fully displayed on the shelves without any covers.Disregarding food safety and the customers inside, an employee began sweeping the floor right next to the uncovered baked goods, kicking up a significant amount of dust into the air.Are the next customers supposed to buy and eat bread that has been covered in floor dust?

  Incredible pastries! The cloud is a must buy. Donut twist is nice, honey bread is super rich and dense without feeling overly sweet and heavy. Milk bread is great but not a "can only get here" type of thing. Savory breads are a step down but still are a good bite.<br><br>Coffees are a comparative letdown: coffee creme latte is a dalgona type drink with instant coffee (maybe you like it, not for me), and the actual dalgona latte has a melting candy that quickly makes the latte uncomfortably sweet. Quite nice but not at the level of finesse of their pastries
