Bethany is a well informed massage therapist, with effective methods to realign the body for overall balance and ease. If you're serious about your self care, I highly recommend sessions with her.

Before seeing Bethany, I was in a lot of pain in my shoulders and back. Her posture therapy helped do away with my pain. I feel so much better after seeing her. Bethany is very easy to talk and work with. Would totally recommend see her for posture therapy or massage.

My husband and I had our first appointments with Bethany today. I can't say how relieved we are to finally have found a massage therapist that can easily find issues on your body and adress them accordingly. Her touch was perfect for both of us. My husband prefers a deeper tissue massage and I prefer more of a lighter massage. I've had tension headaches and tendinitis in my thumb for months and just like that the pain was Alleviated. We can't wait to work with her more in the near future 10/10 recommend!!

Bethany is an excellent massage therapist. I have seen her a couple times when my back and shoulder pain get unbearable. She works sore muscles out and I feel much better by the time I leave. Bottom line is, she's great and I highly recommend!

I am having excellent service & experience with Bethany Mahaffey at True Muscle Solutions. Before meeting her for treatment, I had spent a lot of money in medical costs for my chronic pain.<br>But today I got my health back, thanks to the posture specialist, Bethany! Had I dismissed it, I don't know what would have happened to me.<br>I would recommend True Muscle Solutions to anyone!
