  Tricia remembered me as the person that called with inquiries. She was extremely nice and helpful. She was very engaged and really seemed to show care and appreciation for me as a customer. I will be shopping at the store again.

  This Kay jewelry is 15 minutes away from me and I would rather drive here than one only 6 minutes from me. Customer service is far better, staff are much friendlier. They also answer the phone unlike the other location and open on time. Truly a wonderful experience thank you guys

  My fiancee and I visited Kay Jewelers this evening to purchase our wedding bands, and we had such a wonderful experience! We also brought in two extremely tangled chains, and Yelena patiently worked her magic to untangle them while Tricia guided us through selecting and purchasing our wedding bands.<br>Talk about the perfect example of "divide and conquer!" Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine kindness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and we truly felt valued from start to finish.
