I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had a genuinely unpleasant experience at this location, specifically with one staff member. I visited around 7pm on a Monday and was helped by a female Asian employee. I simply asked whether it was possible to add extra toppings for an additional charge, and she responded rudely. When I received my order -- which clearly had my name on it -- she snatched it out of my hands and insisted it wasn't mine. Not to mention, I spent nearly $50 on one yogurt transaction.<br><br>Customer-facing roles require basic courtesy, and this interaction fell far short of that standard. If you don't want to engage with customers respectfully, you shouldn't be taking up a position that someone else would value and do well.

The mango drink and bingsoo were delicious! I was skeptical because I wasn't sure I wanted a yogurt based drink, but this changed my mind! It was creamy and fruity without the strange tartness that some yogurts have. Will be back!
