  We had such a great experience working with Massimo and Chris throughout our mortgage journey. We started the process around February/March and didn't end up closing until July, so it was definitely a long road -- and they were incredibly patient with us every step of the way.<br><br>New Jersey housing market is one of the most challenging markets at this time and they provided us with over 20 different pre-approvals as we looked at different homes, explored our options, got outbid, and repeat. They were always responsive, constantly followed up, and made sure we felt taken care of from beginning to end.<br><br>What really stood out to us was their commitment. They truly make sure they finish what they started and stay with you all the way through closing, even after.   I recently worked with Team Legacy Capital to secure a DSCR loan and the entire experience was outstanding. Peter was extremely informative from the very beginning and took the time to clearly explain every part of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through -- he made sure I always knew exactly where things stood at every step and never left me guessing. Communication was consistent and reliable all the way through until the loan was successfully closed. I felt supported and well-informed the entire time. Highly recommend!

  I had the chance to work with Billy for my mortgage. I never thought I would get approved and for years I feared the process because I didnt know it or understand it. He was absolutely phenomenal. He walked me through every step and explained it to me in a simple way and made sure I got it each time before we moved forward. He was super responsive in his communication, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and always very professional. I trusted in him and he delivered on his words. He made my dreams come true and he is just unforgettable. At the end of it all I really felt like he was family. He wa also always honest and gave me options.   I had a great experience working with Daren and Team Legacy Capital for my home purchase. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Daren made the whole mortgage process so much easier. He was always quick to respond, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!), and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense.<br><br>What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured. I always felt like he was looking out for my best interests and helping me make the right decision for my situation. Even after closing, he's still been available anytime I've had questions.<br><br>If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with, I'd definitely recommend Daren and Team Legacy Capital!
