  Not a very good massage. Paid for 60 minutes. Total was 36 minutes. Asked for deep tissue and repeatedly asked for more pressure and didn't receive it. There was a lot of talking and overall was a bad experience. Front desk person was extremely kind. Pretty disappointed after paying over $100

  This location has always had management issues. They used to have the employees doing the laundry. the cash register was broken for years. the place smelled like sewerage. I stopped going there for a while but a few years ago, I tried them again, and they did clean the place up. The therapists were never the problem. The front desk staff woman, Melony had a bad attitude when I came back but she seems to have changed her tone a bit until yesterday. This location is running a new Money Grab scam and charging customers who signed at different locations the up charge to meet their increased monthly membership. This was without notice and only told to me when checking out. I first refused to pay it, because it is robbery. The choice I decided to make in the end was to pay them the fee and promise to NEVER come back to this location. Be careful of the scam that this location is promoting. The staff is in on it too. My receipt says the name Melanie as the person who charged me the fee. Tells

  Worst massage ever.<br>If i wanted someone to use a massage gun i could have stayed at home.<br>Also when you massage a part do the whole part. Not just the front or the back.<br>Also i paid for 60 minutes not 40 min. Consult and paper work is done before your time starts.<br>What a rip off
