drinks made by a short asian boy were really tasty, the girl that took my order was on her phone for a minute and a half before taking receipt out and having me sign. little rude

Leaving this mostly because I can't find an email to ask the question , why can you only get plant milk in some drinks even if you offer to pay extra ?<br><br>I can get it made without milk (allergy) but I thought it was super weird I couldn't get a plant braises milk which they do have. All I was told if I can't because it's heavy cream, but the heavy cream can be omitted.<br><br>So if it can be omitted I don't understand why I can't have a splash of oat milk so I can also enjoy a creamy drink.<br><br>I'll delete once I get a reply

I visit this location almost every time I come to H Mart in Little Ferry, so nearly every week. I've always enjoyed the drinks here and have had positive experiences in the past.<br><br>However, my visit today was disappointing. The staff member seemed inattentive and did not acknowledge us when we arrived, which felt unwelcoming. Additionally, being handed a receipt specifically to fill out a tip made me feel very uncomfortable, especially given the level of service. The minimum percentage was 15% of course, and for a cafe it doesn't seem reasonable to ask for such a price. I can't understand why the worker would act like she deserves it even when her actions definitely didn't. I mean, there WAS a custom option, but this is not something I've experienced at other cafes--or even with other staff at this same location--and it felt like it's a way to pressure the buyer to tip. That's why I wonder if she is being racist.<br><br>I'm usually more than happy to tip when service is friendly a

No option to select no tips unless you write it out. Very put off by businesses that do that.
