  Margot was recommended to me by two trusted sources who had had personal experience with her, so I didn't think I would need to look anywhere else. She exceeded expectations with her professional knowledge and instincts. I was comfortable with her personally and professionally right from the start. I was not living in the area at the time of the sale, and she went above and beyond to meet repairmen and cleaners and anybody else that was going to get both of us closer to our goal. She ran a well organized open house and showings, worked hard to achieve a successful result for all parties. I give her the highest rating without a doubt. Job well done, Margot!

  Margot was the perfect agent to work with. She was patient and direct with helping my husband and I to find a home. She understood our needs and was consistent with homes to consider until we found the right one. She was a real pleasure to work with. After a while she became like a friend. Her openness made what could be a difficult job almost fun, and she brought snacks on our viewings.

  Selling your home can be extremely overwhelming. I am so grateful to Margot for making the sale of my home go as smoothly as possible. From start to finish, she was a good listener, patient and answered all my questions around listing my house. She gave great staging advice to make my home show as well as it could and I received a full price cash offer the first weekend it went on the market. Margot also helped me find a new place to live and start the next chapter in my life!

  Margot went above and beyond to make the process of selling our home a smooth process. She is both knowledgeable and thorough, and any obstacles we encountered along the way were met and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Her positive, can-do spirit was a welcome inspiration, and just what was needed to see us through a sale that exceeded our expectations.
