  This is the second time I have used Rudy to buy and sell a home. In each transaction he was honest, helpful, and courteous. His commitment to his clients is impressive! I truly appreciate his nearly instantaneous communication. I recommend him without hesitation.

  Working with Rudy was a great experience! He understood what we were looking for in our new home and never pushed us into anything that wouldn't be a great fit for us. He always got back to us quickly and gave us all the information we needed about potential houses!!!

  We first met Rudy while visiting an open house that he was hosting in Ridgefield. We had a chance to chat about the town and about the home that we hoped to find. My husband and I attended many open houses and met many realtors. Rudy stood out as the guy we would like to use once our search got serious. His knowledge, kindness, and ease of communication had us calling him soon after meeting him.<br>Rudy guided us through each step of the buying process, explaining things along the way. He always gave us an immediate and honest response, and made us feel like our concerns and questions were important.<br>We highly recommend Rudy Marciano with no reservation.

  I chose Rudy as my realtor as he had a site that sent e-mails regarding houses that were going up for sale with my filters. When I first called Rudy, I immediately clicked with him. He was honest and upfront. I used Rudy to purchase a new home and sell my existing home. The purchase had a few kinks in it. Rudy was very professional in following up and "talking me off my ledge". He communicated in a timely manner and was there for all aspects of my sale/purchase. I recommend Rudy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
