  My oil fired boiler was in bad shape. I got an estimate for converting from one company and it was very expensive. I kept delaying the decision, but November came and I was tired of worrying that it could die any day. I asked my old friend who is a realtor if she knew any good plumbers. She referred me her go-to plumber, John. I called him and he came to look that evening after work. He is a confident and wonderful guy who has a habit of saying "trust me!" and explained what he will do. I already trusted him 100% and could feel I was in good hands.<br><br>He gave me an estimate the following day and it was totally fair. I accepted the proposal right away. It was interesting and strange enough that my boiler died that night. What a timing!<br><br>He came on the next day (Sunday) prepared for the big job.   As a long term neighbor (a couple of blocks away) and home owner who now as retired university professor and advanced diy mechanic who as an hobbyist sports car amateur racer and motorcyclist had no problem installing our new home boiler, water heater and gas bbq all a couple of times, but now at 83 years old and knowing my limitations called on John and Steven to rework our gas line for a new gas stove. As they had done on other normal plumbing issues with our 70 year old house, Steven came and installed new gas service and the new oven as well as providing good company for my wife and I, which made tech chats with me and advice for a renovation notion with my wife not only rewarding for his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, but his prompt and attentive service priced fairly and just a good all around experience. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work and their good nature and recommend them highly.

  We have the pleasure of trusting John and Steven Go for our plumbing and heating repairs and maintenance for 15 years. We playfully tease John Go that he is so aptly named - he and Steven go! go! go! They are responsive, professional, honest, and reliable. They always offer effective, efficient, and reasonably priced solutions for us as satisfied customers. Steven offers thorough explanations of the work he and John perform before they get the job done expertly. We trust our older home and maintenance to them implicitly! Every service person they have suggested we consult or hire has been top notch as well. We enthusiastically recommend them to our friends and family. All were extremely satisfied with John and Steven Go as plumbers and are glad to know them as good hard working people.
